About The Position

This position is responsible for the set-up and run of assembly, testing and packaging operations while maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality and productivity. The above listed responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities or duties required. Employee will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Stand-up attendance record
• Ability to set up jobs and equipment
• At least 6 months of assembly experience utilizing hand tools and blueprints

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of working in hydraulic and electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities

• Set-up and run of assembly, testing and packaging operations
• Maintain the highest levels of safety, quality and productivity
• Assemble parts per specification
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Test assemblies
• Pick and wash parts
• Package and/or carton finished product
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
