About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will help build and assemble products by following instructions, using hand tools, and ensuring quality standards are met. Requirements

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, measurements, tape measure use)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled hours, including overtime when needed

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or factory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions, drawings, and cut sheets to assemble products
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, and hammers
• Assemble parts and install sub-assemblies into frameworks
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform rework or adjustments as needed
• Move completed products to the next stage of production
• Support team operations with additional duties as assigned
