About The Position

Requirements

  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or otherwise legally authorized to obtain the necessary government approvals (due to U.S. government contract requirements)
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
  • Ability to distinguish component colors and wiring (color vision required)
  • Proficient in using hand tools and small parts assembly
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet production goals
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Work well with others in team setting

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required
