About The Position
This position encompasses a range of production and specialized roles, including assembling components and sub-assemblies; operating machines; and packing, finishing, salvaging, or repairing products across cell, conveyor, washer and pedestal, and commercial production lines. The Assembler uses various tools and equipment, follows engineering blueprints and quality control standards, and maintains a safe, organized, and efficient workstation to support production flow and ensure products meet specifications. The wage rate is $20.85 per hour, with a $1.00-per-hour premium for third shift. Multiple shift opportunities are available across operations, with hiring focused mainly on third shift at this time.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- One year of consistent work history.

Responsibilities
- Assemble and install parts by hand or with tools and equipment.
- Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment according to engineering blueprints.
- Operate, load, and unload production machines, including mounting machines, light machines, and specialized equipment.
- Perform electrical repair, salvage, and specialized wiring assembly to ensure product functionality and quality.
- Pack and finish products and conduct final quality checks.
- Monitor equipment and finished products for quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief or repair tasks as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area while following safety protocols and production standards.
