About The Position

The Assembler assembles and tests products, troubleshoots issues, and resolves problems associated with product assembly and testing. The role includes assembling components across all product lines, selecting appropriate tools and fixtures, and testing completed products. The Assembler reads blueprints, identifies components, uses hand tools and rework techniques, operates equipment, and performs dimensioning and setting tolerances for mechanical parts and assemblies. The position also requires creating labor records for all transactions and using the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, drawings, and written procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly environment.
• Experience operating production equipment or machinery.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong hand-eye coordination.
• Good manual dexterity for handling small parts and performing assembly work.
