About The Position

Package products into containers and cartons, then conduct quality control checks on product labels, leaks, and damaged packaging after the high-pressure pasteurization (HPP) process. Follow all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. The position offers first-shift hours Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, or second-shift hours Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Requirements

Basic math skills.
Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; required weight may be greater depending on the facility.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Comfort working with various noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.

Responsibilities

Set up cylinders, tables, and necessary forms at the start of every shift.
Identify non-conforming packaging or products and remove them from the production line.
Communicate machinery or equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Complete and submit all documentation and reporting daily to the production lead.
Clean the work area.
