About The Position

The Assembler packages products into containers or cartons and performs quality control checks on product labels, leaks, and damaged packaging after the high-pressure pasteurization (HPP) process. The role follows applicable regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds/9 kilograms; required weight may vary by facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Comfort working with varying noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.

Responsibilities

• Set up cylinders, tables, and necessary forms at the start of every shift.
• Identify non-conforming packaging or products and remove them from the production line.
• Report machinery or equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Complete and submit required documentation and reports daily to the production lead.
• Clean the work area.
• Package products into containers or cartons and check labels, leaks, and packaging for damage after the HPP process.
• Follow regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
