Assembler
About The Position
The Assembler carries out assigned manufacturing tasks in accordance with production plans, work instructions, quality standards, safety rules, and applicable regulations, including EHS requirements. The role supports efficient production-line output and may involve preparing wafers, components, or semi-products; monitoring related hand stock; and processing components, semi-products, or products to specification. Basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming may be required. The assembler reports failures or malfunctions to the responsible employee or supervisor and cooperates with maintenance technicians or external service providers on repair issues.

Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned manufacturing tasks as ordered or explained.
- Support compliance with production plans and production-line output requirements and help keep assigned production efficient.
- Follow relevant internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations, including EHS requirements.
- Prepare wafers, components, or semi-products and monitor related hand stock, as assigned.
- Process components, semi-products, or products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine-related setup and CNC/SPS programming if required.
- Report failures or dysfunctionality to the responsible employees or supervisor.
- Cooperate with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers on repair issues.
- Contribute to unit budget planning, resource allocation, and planned manufacturing costs, as applicable to the assignment.
