Assembler
About The Position
The Assembler assembles components and subassemblies for all models of Crystal Clean machines according to build specifications and work instructions. The role also includes final testing of assembled machines to confirm they meet quality and functional standards before release. The Assembler reads blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions; identifies and reports defective materials, parts, or assembly issues to the Shop Supervisor; uses hand and power tools safely; and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly.
- Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities

- Perform final testing of assembled machines to verify proper function and quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Identify and report defective materials, parts, or assembly issues to the Shop Supervisor.
- Use hand and power tools safely and appropriately for assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
