About The Position

Manufacturing Assemblers are hired in Eleanor, West Virginia, with all shifts available. The role involves assembling components, operating hand and power tools, following assembly instructions, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required; motivated candidates who are eager to learn and work in a team-oriented environment are encouraged to apply. The pay rate is $14–$15 per hour, with the opportunity for a weekly attendance bonus, and pay is issued weekly.

Requirements

• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, squat, push, pull, and lift as required by the position.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and schematics.
• Identify how components and parts fit together.
• Position and align parts manually or with assistance from lifting equipment.
• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Secure parts using bolts, welding, and other assembly methods as required.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify and report defective parts or assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
