About The Position

The Assembler - Level 4 applies advanced assembly skills to support manufacturing operations, improve production quality and efficiency, and help deliver superior products. The role performs complex assembly work, inspects and tests products for conformance to quality standards, and works with team members and supervisors to optimize processes and resolve production issues.

Requirements

Proven experience in advanced assembly roles, with strong skills in assembling complex components accurately and efficiently.
In-depth knowledge of assembly tools, equipment, and safety procedures relevant to manufacturing environments.
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents.
Experience with quality control processes and the ability to identify and resolve assembly defects.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial assembly environment.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
