Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of prior assembly experience; alternatively, a 2-year post-secondary/AA degree and 0–2 years of prior assembly experience.
• Soldering experience is required.
• Ability to handle small, delicate, and fragile parts.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and accurately enter data into computer terminals.
• Experience using microscopes for inspection.
• Proficiency with hand tools and specialized test equipment.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and technicians.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Active participation in process improvements.
• Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned.
