About The Position

Assembly team members assemble quality trailers while providing outstanding service and working safely. They manufacture in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role involves following work orders and instructions, operating assembly-line tools and machinery, inspecting products and equipment, and completing assigned trailer assembly tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities in directly job-related experience.
Good physical stamina and coordination, with the ability to safely lift 80 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to work 10-hour shifts with potential overtime.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
Ability to work in a self-directed manner and manage multiple demands on time and attention in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Use designated personal protective equipment and task-appropriate tools, comply with safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
Operate power tools and assembly-line machinery effectively and respectfully.
Read and understand work orders and work instructions.
Perform quality checks and product inspections, including completing final inspection sheets as directed by the production supervisor.
Inspect equipment daily before shift startup to help ensure safety and operational effectiveness.
Assemble axles, wiring, and decks, and inspect trailers as assigned by the production supervisor.
Assist in other areas and perform other duties as needed.
