About The Position

The Assembler - Level 3 will assemble complex aerospace parts and components in accordance with detailed blueprints and technical instructions, inspect assembled products for quality and compliance, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The role supports efficient, high-quality aerospace component production and customer satisfaction. The position is based onsite in Woburn, Massachusetts, and reports directly to the Production Supervisor. The stated hourly pay range is $25.00–$30.77.

Requirements

Experience in assembly work within a manufacturing environment, particularly with complex assemblies.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately.
Proficiency with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and assembly equipment.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures and quality standards.
Must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in aerospace or related manufacturing industries.
