About The Position

As an Assembler, you’ll build high-quality containment components that structure the end product. Your hands-on skill, precision, and commitment to safety ensure products are built correctly, efficiently, and reliably, directly supporting operational excellence and company growth. The position is onsite in Miamisburg, Ohio, and works Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Assemble plastic panels, aluminum frames, and plastic components using hand tools, small cordless tools, and basic machinery to meet quality and cost standards.
Perform detailed quality checks on parts, subassemblies, and completed products to ensure alignment with specifications and production timelines.
Collaborate with the team while following job-tracking procedures, standard work instructions, and safety guidelines.
Support production flow with general warehouse tasks, inventory movement, material handling, cleaning, and small machine operation as needed.
Learn materials, components, and terminology, and participate in Lean and continuous improvement efforts.
Carry out additional duties assigned by the manager, including obtaining forklift certification if required.
