About The Position

FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures, and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. The Assembler produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies. This is a second-shift position scheduled Monday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with a $2.00-per-hour shift premium. The work is performed indoors. The role involves frequent standing, walking, twisting or turning, stooping or bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching above shoulder level. Lifting up to 55 pounds is intermittent. Requirements

Effective time-management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
No experience is required.
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of prior experience preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare work by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
