About The Position

General ThermoDynamics is seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers to join its manufacturing team in Germantown, Wisconsin. In this role, you will help build high-quality heat exchanger products used in critical industrial and commercial applications. Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, warehouse operations, automotive repair, or another trade are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• At least six months of manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, construction, mechanical, fabrication, or related industrial experience.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and attendance record.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Experience with measuring tools.
• Material handling or forklift experience.
• Experience in industrial, HVAC, automotive, metal fabrication, or equipment manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial products and components according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect components and assemblies for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support production goals while working as part of a team.
