About The Position

Rotork is a global flow control and instrumentation company serving industries worldwide. The Assembler helps ensure product quality and safety at a manufacturing site by following health, safety, and environmental guidelines, testing products for conformance, and supporting inventory accuracy. The role involves assembling electro-pneumatic transducers and related control products, using hand and electric tools and assembly equipment, reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, inspecting components, and using computers as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar light electro-mechanical assembly role.
• Ability to spend ample time on one’s feet for work purposes.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or shop experience is strongly desired.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build parts and assemblies for electro-pneumatic transducers and other related control products.
• Read and apply engineering prints, work instruction sheets, bills of materials, tooling cards, and agency approval guidelines.
• Operate equipment, tools, and assembly fixtures.
• Repair faulty production items and customer returns.
• Report operating difficulties to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform computer data entry as necessary.
• Generate product documentation and labels.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines and test products for conformance, safety, and quality control.
• Support inventory accuracy and inspect components used for assembly.
