Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good command of the English language
- Comfortable operating manufacturing equipment and tools
- Knowledge of ESD prevention practices

- BCIT diploma or other technical education
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components following established procedures
- Perform soldering, packing, and final product testing
- Operate manufacturing tools, equipment, and workstations safely and effectively
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic upkeep of tools and equipment
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report quality concerns and production issues
- Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
