About The Position

The Assembler Production role involves working effectively in a team environment, performing allocated tasks, and working from blueprints, process sheets, and/or instructions. The position requires the ability to read a tape measure, possess basic math skills, and work with minimum supervision. Specific needs include individuals with light welding experience, PDI experience, and lamination experience. General assembly and manufacturing environment experience are essential. The role also requires computer and organizational skills, a goal-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve tasks within set timelines, and good time management with thoroughness. Previous experience with 5S and lean manufacturing is considered an asset.

Requirements

• Light Welding experience (1 person needed)
• PDI experience (1 person needed)
• Lamination experience (1 person needed)
• Experience with general assembly
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Computer and organizational skills
• Goal orientated and motivation to achieve tasks within set timelines
• Time management and thoroughness
• Ability to read a tape measure
