Assembler
About The Position
The Assembler performs assigned manufacturing front-end tasks according to specified procedures, production plans, quality standards, internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations, including EHS requirements. The role supports efficient production-line output and manufacturing costs as planned. Tasks may include preparing wafers, components, or semi-products; monitoring related hand-stock; processing components or products to specifications; and performing basic machine setup or CNC/SPS programming when required. The assembler reports failures or dysfunctions to the responsible employee or supervisor and cooperates with maintenance technicians or external service providers on repair issues.

Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned manufacturing tasks as ordered or explained.
- Support compliance with production plans and production-line output targets while contributing to efficient production.
- Follow applicable internal work instructions, safety rules, and regulations, including EHS requirements.
- Prepare wafers, components, or semi-products and monitor related hand-stock.
- Process components, semi-products, or products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS programming when required.
- Cooperate with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers on repair issues.
- Report failures or dysfunctions to responsible employees or a supervisor.
- Contribute to planning the unit’s budget, allocating resources, and keeping manufacturing costs as planned.
