About The Position

Performs manufacturing operations in accordance with associated documentation and allocated time, utilizing available resources. This role is responsible for complex work and rework at the unit and component level, requiring the selection and implementation of suitable methods, resources, and procedures. The Assembler Rework provides support to other operators and initiates and manages continuous improvement actions within their area. Additionally, they perform final inspection duties when requested, adhering to drawings, EOs, and any other regulatory requirements pertaining to the product.

Requirements

2 years working in an industrial manufacturing environment
Manual dexterity skills
Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction in English.
Previous knowledge (one + year) of electronic sub-assemblies & system integration.
Be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds.
Manual dexterity skills.
3 years of experience using of mechanical inspection tools (caliper, ruler, scales, etc)
Prior experience reading two dimensional drawings to create article inspection report
Prior expertise performing process audits and assessments
