About The Position
We are looking for Rework Support Staff to support manufacturing operations at our Casa Grande facility. The role involves inspecting, labeling, packaging, and reworking products to ensure they meet quality standards. When rework is not required, employees will support other manufacturing operations and production lines based on business needs.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or rework experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, label, and package raw and finished products.
- Perform rework activities as assigned.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality procedures.
- Maintain required production and quality records.
- Work in a cleanroom environment when required.
- Support different manufacturing lines and production activities.
- Assist with additional tasks to meet production and quality goals.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working under moderate supervision.
