Requirements

Dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work.
Take pride in producing high-quality work.
Can follow written and verbal instructions.
Work well independently and as part of a team.
Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or production experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Assemble, inspect, and package quality products in a production environment.
Operate production equipment and tools while following established safety procedures.
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
Maintain productivity standards and help achieve daily production goals.
Monitor equipment and report any issues to your supervisor.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and timely completion of customer orders.
