About The Position

Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry, comprising brands like Addictive Desert Designs, DV8 Offroad, Flatline Van Co., and Rago Fabrication. They foster a collaborative environment and value diverse perspectives. This role is based in a new, state-of-the-art, climate-controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility in Chandler, AZ. The Assembler / Warehouse Packer will join the HPAG manufacturing team and be responsible for daily preparation and assembly of products, preparing them for shipping, and ensuring internal packaging controls are met.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or over
• Comfortable working in manufacturing environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs+

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
• Hand power tools a plus
• Previous assembly of large manufactured items is a plus

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation and assembly to finished product
• Prepare product for shipping
• Ensure internal packaging controls are met
• Coordinate day to day packing
