Assembler - Level 3 - Mon-Fri (Swing shift)
About The Position
In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing quality and productivity by applying your advanced assembly skills and knowledge to support the Integrated Supply Chain operations. You will work in a production environment to provide mechanical assembly support on complex microwave subsystems, meeting daily output goals established by your lead. You will also work in a production environment to build circuit card assemblies, which includes manually soldering both surface mount and through-hole components and the application of conformal coating after soldering. You will carefully follow production documentation and processes, including keeping detailed records of rework performed, and actively participate in daily production meetings.
Requirements
- At least 3 years prior work experience in microelectronic, RF, hybrid and/or semiconductor assembly.
- Experience with wire bonding, gap welding, eutectic die attach, epoxy attach.
- Ability to use small hand tools such as tweezers and torque drivers.
- Experience working under a microscope.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
- Must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
- Basic computer skills are required for this position including ability to complete online training, email, and computerized time-keeping.
- Good written and verbal skills and ability to carefully follow written instructions.
- Ability to solder small surface mount and through hole parts.

- IPC 610 certification a plus.
