About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler/Laborer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and/or electrical components, operating production equipment, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, or schematics.
Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or related field preferred but not required.
Previous experience with mechanical or electrical assembly.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

Assemble components and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Conduct occasional shop primer painting on standard products.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S and safety practices.
Record production data, including quantities, scrap, and cycle times, as required.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training activities.
