About The Position

Packages bearings for shipment, upon completion of cleaning and lubrication, following customer or military specifications and/or in-house requirements, including the use of preservatives and the proper making of bearings and containers specified. Incumbent is responsible for cleaning the area s/he is working in before completing the shift and/or prior to moving to another area for proper housekeeping.

Requirements

• Competency in reading and comprehending simple instructions and short memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one or small group situation.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Capable of computing rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident ('green card' holders) or have refugee or asylee status due to ITAR and EAR compliance.
