An assembler is a professional who aims to be as efficient and consistent as possible when putting together a product. They are responsible for packaging finished goods, recording items that do not meet product quality and palletizing product. Assemblers should verify and maintain quality control standards. This position requires you to be on your feet for most of the day. The employee may have to lift objects/equipment up to 40 lbs. and overhead 25 lbs. Physical movements necessary to perform this job are lifting, turning, twisting, safety gate operation, reaching, pulling, pushing, and clutching. Assemblers are highly suggested and can avoid potential injuries if they follow the safety warm-up program designed for this position.
