About The Position

This role involves high decision-making and autonomy, where the individual independently makes operational decisions within delegated limits. These decisions include process settings, changeovers, routine corrective actions, headcount adjustments, daily plans, team work plans, and immediate corrective actions. The position requires prioritizing area activities with limited supervision. The Assembler III is directly accountable for area efficiency, with a measurable impact on productivity and compliance. They lead a team that operates a wide range of tools and/or equipment, requiring a high degree of complexity, dexterity, and/or accuracy. The role involves strong influence, managing an assigned area, leading local process improvements, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include the assigned area, tooling, and basic maintenance activities, as well as maintaining compliance and operations records to support audits and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High School or above (site-specific requirements may apply)
  • 5 or more years manufacturing of hands-on operations experience with demonstrable competence in communication / coordination / training.
  • Required technical / engineering certificates (site-specific requirements may apply).
