About The Position

Quality Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated Assembler III to work in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and manufacturing industry. The role performs repetitive production-line assembly of medical device products, including IV bags, and requires compliance with company standards and product quality expectations. The employee may work at different workstations as production needs require, inspect products for defects, package and bundle finished materials, and maintain a clean and orderly work area. The position requires working shift E on Saturday and Sunday for 12-hour night shifts from 5:45 p.m. to 5:45 a.m., plus two days on the second shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One to three years of related experience in manufacturing or industrial companies.
License registration is required for this role.
Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and talk or hear.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move 5 to 25 pounds using company-provided safety equipment.
Close, distance, and color vision abilities.
Availability to work shift E on Saturday and Sunday, 5:45 p.m. to 5:45 a.m., and two days on the second shift.

Responsibilities

Perform repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical device products such as IV bags.
Ensure all operations comply with company standards.
Place parts in specified relationships to one another and fasten them together.
Work at different workstations as production needs require.
Perform online assembly tasks as different models of the same article move along the line.
Inspect each part to ensure the product has zero defects.
Place finished products in the appropriate boxes and stock them until the material handler arrives.
Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles together.
Remove material samples, label them with identifying information, and take them to the laboratory for analysis when requested.
Keep the work area clean and orderly.
