About The Position

ProMach is seeking an Assembler III to perform mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly work on its product lines. The role leads multiple shop-floor projects from machine start through checkout, ensuring work meets customer specifications and project schedules. The assembler fits, aligns, and adjusts machine components independently for testing, works with engineers on mocked-up designs, and assists with machine testing, final adjustments, and potentially on-site installation. The position also takes a lead role in the World Class Checkout Process and helps maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Requirements

Ability to perform mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly.
Ability to read and understand assembly drawings.
Ability to fit, align, and adjust machine components for testing without supervision.
Ability to assemble all product lines successfully and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly operations.
Adhere to customer specifications provided by the Project Manager.
Lead multiple shop-floor projects from machine start through the checkout process.
Assemble all product lines successfully and efficiently.
Monitor machine project assembly schedules and coordinate with the Project Manager and Assembly Lead/Manager while monitoring hours and resources.
Care for shop tools and return them to their proper place daily.
Read and understand assembly drawings.
Fit, align, and adjust machine components for testing without supervision.
Work with engineers to build mocked-up designs needed for Brenton equipment functionality.
Assist with machine testing and final adjustments, and potentially with on-site machine installation.
Take a lead role in the World Class Checkout Process.
Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and orderly.
