About The Position

The Assembler III will be responsible for assembling and testing medical devices using a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment. This role requires adherence to detailed assembly instructions, manufacturing processes, and procedures to ensure products meet quality standards. The position also involves complying with company policies, quality system requirements, and regulatory guidelines, as well as identifying and reporting issues related to quality, equipment, materials, or processes. Additionally, the Assembler III will support team success through hands-on training and guidance, maintain a clean and organized work area, perform precision assembly work including microscope use, and contribute to the production of safe, high-quality medical devices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Experience performing small-part assembly and working under a microscope.
  • Knowledge of basic measuring tools and techniques, including scales, rulers, and U.S. and metric measurements.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting as part of daily job responsibilities.
  • Willingness to complete required job-specific and company training.
