Assembler II - 2nd Shift - $24.80/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Differential
About The Position
Under general supervision, assembles components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components and complex components and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products. Prepares and processes a variety of medical components for assigned product lines. Works from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements. Follows production build rates, schedules and meets required cycle times. Interfaces with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required. Uses a variety of tools that may include, but are not limited to: manual and power hand tools, pneumatic tools, test equipment, presses, and measuring and cutting devices. Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area. Meets work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
Requirements
- Some manufacturing or medical device experience or equivalent
- High School or GED
- Experience in manufacturing (1 to 3 years or more)
