As a part of the team, you will: Conduct the assembly and value adding of parts. Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products Secure accurate daily assembly production records. Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.

Requirements

High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience
2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, and measuring instruments etc.
Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.
Intermediate computer skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
