Assembler II
About The Position
Dover Food Retail is seeking an Assembler II to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly-line machinery and equipment at fixed workstation positions. The role involves operating equipment to install parts or components onto products, assemblies, or subassemblies as they move along the line, as well as moving, packing, and sorting materials or finished goods. The employee monitors output quality, identifies faulty products for disposal or rework, and maintains accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis. This Support 2 position requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools gained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Work is performed under moderate supervision. Problems are generally routine, though some may require interpreting or deviating from standard procedures; communication may require some explanation or interpretation. The stated pay range is USD 18.50–22.00 per hour. The position is eligible for commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria in the applicable commissions plan. Requirements

- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitor output quality and identify faulty products for disposal or re-manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate daily assembly production records for manufacturing performance analysis.
