About The Position

Under general supervision, this role involves assembling components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components, to contribute to the completion of a variety of products. The assembler will prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines, working from process work instructions and test procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring and recording documentation to meet quality requirements, following production build rates and schedules, and meeting required cycle times. The role requires interfacing with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices and using a variety of tools such as manual and power hand tools, pneumatic tools, test equipment, presses, and measuring and cutting devices. The assembler is responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of their own work and work-area. Meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends, is essential. The position requires the ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis, with occasional lifting of 50-75 lbs.
