About The Position

Our Space assembly employees perform complex assembly tasks and soldering on circuit cards and subassemblies. Tasks include soldering through hole and surface mount components, bonding, and, mechanical assembly. Additionally, assembler may perform in-process inspection to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards. This job requires working under a microscope. The candidate will work on a growing team in a dynamic environment that is focused on Quality.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity test)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Focus on quality

Nice To Haves

• Ability to solder and evaluate solder joints
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001
• Previous CCA experience

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic assemblies.
• Following Work Instructions, and using hand and/or power tools to assemble product.
• Recording accurate build documentation information.
