About The Position

As an Assembler I at YCA, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly of components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and meeting production targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents (e.g., blueprints, work instructions).
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products or components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure proper assembly procedures.
• Inspect assembled products for quality defects and compliance with specifications.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
