As an Assembler I Associate, you will help build and inspect components used in advanced motion control and automation technologies while working in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary to assemble, inspect, and verify components
- Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Responsibilities
- Assembling products and components according to work instructions and quality standards
- Performing visual inspections to identify defects and ensure product quality
- Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks
- Loading, organizing, and staging materials for production
- Supporting continuous improvement, safety, and manufacturing excellence
