About The Position

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking an Assembler for the Bond Room. This role involves applying adhesive, installing liners, and trimming products. The position requires masking surfaces to prepare items for bonding and working around various machines such as coating tables, ovens, and presses. The company is a leading international manufacturer of highly engineered precision bearings and components for the industrial, defense, and aerospace industries, with a focus on technical and regulated bearing products. This role is subject to compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 0-3 years related experience.
• Must have the ability to use basic hand tools, for example, knives, tweezers, swabs, plug gages and micrometers.
• Must be a quick learner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be either a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident ["green card" holders] or have refugee or asylee status due to ITAR and EAR compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with resins and chemicals is a plus.
• Experience as an assembler is a plus.
