Volt is hiring Clean Room Assemblers for a growing and innovative manufacturing facility in Camarillo! 1st & 2nd Shift Available. In this role, you'll help manufacture critical products in a clean, controlled environment while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to excellence.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
Experience working with small parts and hand tools
Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and documentation skills
High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Assemble tubing, components, and specialized products according to specifications and work instructions.
Follow Clean Room and CGMP procedures to maintain a sterile production environment.
Measure, cut, align, and position components with a high level of accuracy.
Utilize hand tools and assembly equipment, including cable guns, tubing cutters, bag sealers, and more.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
Complete assembly processes in the correct sequence while maintaining quality standards.
Inspect components and finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain production records, batch documentation, and quality logs.
Clean workstations and equipment using approved cleaning solutions.
Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process concerns.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.
Follow all company safety policies, SOPs, and quality procedures.
