About The Position

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking an Assembler for the Bond Room. This role involves applying adhesive, installing liners, and trimming products, as well as masking surfaces to prepare items for bonding. The position requires the ability to use basic hand tools and work around various machines. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. This role is subject to compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations, requiring specific U.S. citizenship or residency status.

Requirements

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
0-3 years related experience.
Must be a quick learner.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or have refugee or asylee status due to ITAR/EAR compliance.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with resins and chemicals is a plus.
Experience as an assembler is a plus.

Responsibilities

Applies adhesive, installs liner, and trims product.
Masks surfaces to prepare items for bonding.
Uses basic hand tools, such as knives, tweezers, swabs, plug gages, and micrometers.
Works around various machines including coating tables, ovens, and presses.
