Fuel your passion As an Assembler B, you will assemble rupture disc units to the highest quality standards and prepare them for shipment in a safe and cost-effective manner. You will follow all company policies and manufacturing procedures to ensure reliable product delivery and strong customer satisfaction. Your role will contribute directly to production efficiency and product quality, supporting timely delivery of critical components.

Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Possess basic math and reading skills.
  • Have basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Show strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
  • Be able to follow established manufacturing procedures and company policies.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Sufficient motor skills to safely operate tools and machinery.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift (typically 8–10 hours or more).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and safety shoes.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, including alternate shifts and weekends, based on business needs.
  • Valid work authorization in the country of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 months of experience in a production environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Trimming Teflon and preparing materials for assembly.
  • Cleaning rupture disc and holder components prior to assembly.
  • Cutting outside diameters of rupture discs.
  • Performing spot welding of components.
  • Operating presses and other required production equipment.
  • Utilizing co-bots and other automated or robotic equipment.
  • Performing proof pressure and leak testing.
  • Inspecting completed assemblies to ensure conformance with specifications.
  • Assembling rupture disc units and preparing them for shipment.
  • Performing repetitive production tasks in a high-volume environment as required.
  • Supervising and utilizing automated machines effectively.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and diagnosing machine performance issues.
  • Meeting company productivity and quality standards.
  • Operating forklifts as needed for material handling.
  • Supporting additional duties based on workload and business requirements.
