About The Position

The ASPIRE program is a two-year rotational and training program designed to inspire and guide recent graduates through career-shaping experiences. Through structured development, rotational assignments, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration, participants build the technical, business, and leadership capabilities needed to succeed at Baker Hughes. Upon completing the program, participants are expected to continue their careers within the company, applying their experience and contributing to our purpose of rewriting the energy equation. Within Finance, the program combines rotational assignments with formal learning in finance, accounting, business, and leadership. Participants gain broad exposure to the challenges and opportunities facing Finance teams and build a strong foundation for future leadership.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business field.
  • Have completed your most recent degree within the last 24 months.
  • Have a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher, or equivalent.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and implement improvements.
  • Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, accountability, integrity, and the ability to contribute within a collaborative team.
  • Be geographically mobile, based on role and assignment availability.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must maintain work authorization throughout their employment without requiring sponsorship by Baker Hughes, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Completing rotations and assignments in areas such as commercial finance, supply chain finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations.
  • Participating in intentional and structured career development activities, with active coaching and mentoring.
  • Contributing to business outcomes through the delivery of assigned projects.
  • Interacting with peers and networking with global Finance leaders to gain exposure and support for assignments.
  • Solving critical international business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.
