Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a wheeled loader.
- Solid understanding of maintenance practices.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willing to perform manual labor as directed by supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Operate a wheeled loader safely to feed the asphalt plant during production cycles.
- Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris using the loader, skid steer, or shovel.
- Perform preventative maintenance on both the asphalt plant and mobile equipment.
- Assist with other production and maintenance activities.
