About The Position

This position provides direct care coverage, responding to individual issues, between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on scheduled nights/mornings. The role requires the employee to call or come in shortly before 11:00 p.m. for an update on program status and to know emergency procedures and basic emergency facts regarding all individuals living at the location. If Med Certified, the employee will dispense medications as prescribed. Additional duties may be assigned by the Program Manager as needed. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Valid MA license
• Availability of vehicle
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, or family members.
