This position provides direct care coverage, responding to individual issues, between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on scheduled nights/mornings. The role requires adherence to Triangle's policies and procedures, fostering a positive and solution-oriented culture, and promoting employment, self-advocacy, and independence. The employee will act as a role model, maintain a respectful attitude, communicate regularly with their supervisor, and demonstrate flexible time management. Consistency in reporting to work on time and preparedness are essential, with a willingness to flex hours as needed.
