About The Position

Supervise residents of the American Suzuki Institute Teen Dorm. This includes, but is not limited to: moving from building to building with students, managing behavior, supporting students, coordinating/assisting with talent show auditions, organizing social events, and assisting in the office with program distribution. The counselor will also stay in the dorm with the students.

Requirements

• Ability to be friendly yet take charge when the situation requires.
• Commitment to enforcing established rules.
• Track record of personal behavior that demonstrates good judgment.
• Ability to think and problem solve on your feet.
• Demonstrate good verbal communication skills.
• Age 19 or completed one year of college.

Responsibilities
