About The Position

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship-driven ASD Client Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection between families, schools, and our clinical team—helping children access critical ASD evaluation services as early as possible. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with families, schools, and community partners throughout Brooklyn and NYC
• Educate caregivers on the importance of early ASD evaluations and diagnosis
• Coordinate and schedule assessments with clinical teams
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and communication through CRM systems
• Serve as a supportive and reliable point of contact for families throughout the intake process
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
